Reception person was very nice, nice behaved and all facilities were up-to date. Only infrastructural facilities need to be improved such as electricity. Our attender was also very nice.
I stayed there during my trip to Shimla. The location is good. It's located just opposite the Tibetan school The rooms are clean and okay for a few days stay. The food is very good and the staff is very well behaved.
Hotel King palace is excellent, Service is very very good, balcony view is awesome, Hotel very clean, room service is excellent. my experience is excellent. I have give 100 out of 100 marks for this Hotel.
